This somehow affects their decision making and it gear it towards favoring the distributors of the company. For Unicity International, the management don’t have enough Multilevel marketing experience. We are not throwing up a red flag yet due to this. Nevertheless it is a concern because if they are face with certain tough decisions, you can bet that they will make decisions that might not really favors the distributors but might boost the earnings of the company.

I want to be the first one to tell you that I have never been a big fan of marketing consumable products with the MLM business model. This company markets products in categories like Anti-Aging, Bone & Joint, Digestive, Heart, Homeopathic, Immune, LifeHealth, Men’s Health, Personal Care, Xxtra Fitness, Weight Management, Women’s Health. Sadly this company markets consumable products. What that means is if your customers finish the product, you’ll have to return and sell again in particular when they are not on autoship. In this tight economy condition that we are in, Absolutely , your product or services should be absolutely essential. That is why I backed service based MLM company or the MLM companies that market products like Gold and Silver. Those are wealth.

Therefore the real question is that how can you build an income with this company as being a Franchise Owner? You need to educate yourself on the art of marketing. A number of people call it science, but I decide to call it art. You need to market yourself. You should market your “YOU Inc.” People only conduct business with those who they know can lead them to financial freedom. You happen to be the product. This Company’s products aren’t the true product. You, the franchise owners, would be the real product that the individuals outside are observing. So how to would you market yourself? You market yourself by continuing to boost yourself and develop yourself daily. You have to become a leader. You are a leader the moment you concluded to become one. No one needs to anoint you. After returning from a company event, I decided to share some very important qualities of a great Network Marketer. These qualities were shared by legendary network marketer, Randy Gage. If you know Randy or know OF him, you should know that when he speaks, ALL network marketers should listen. I am proud to be a member of his team and will implement all he teaches!

Network marketing leaders are leaders for a reason. They listened when their mentors listened. They implemented what they learned and now they teach what they have learned and practiced. They have followers of thousands. They speak, people listen!

Real network marketing leaders possess 7 dynamic qualities and actions they implement in their organizations. These are qualities and actions that only 3% of our industry implements daily and in order to join those ranks, we all need to listen, learn & implement! They are not hard to implement, but they will take consistency in teaching to our team. Here they are!

Quality #1: Feed Your Dream Daily – Keep your goals in front of you EVERY day! Make a dream board, vision board or prosperity board. Keep that board in your bathroom or bedroom so it’s the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing you see at night! Read any autobiography or article about a successful entrepreneur and they ALWAYS talk about keeping their dreams in front of them. This isn’t corny or stupid. This is making a roadmap for your subconscious to find the necessary path to reach those goals! Don’t skip this step. If you do, be o.k. with being in that dead-end job because you’re probably going to be there for a while!

#2 – Build a W I D E organization! We have to accept that building a successful network marketing organization is a numbers game. We need numbers to find those ‘diamonds’ in the crowd. If we don’t go wide enough sort through the ‘tire kickers,’ ‘negative nellies,’ and the ‘big talkers,’ then we’ll be stuck with a frustrating, unproductive organization. When we build wide and find those diamonds, we can then train & develop them to do the same. It’s critical to not let the ‘big talkers’ and the ‘tire kickers’ steal our time and energy. We need to spare our energy for our diamonds!

#3 – Tap Root Your Depth – You have found the Diamonds in your team, now it is time for you to help them find the leaders and diamonds on their team. When we teach our Diamonds how to train and develop their Diamonds, we are spreading a culture amongst the team. As your depth grows, your trained leaders will keep duplicating building a sustainable, productive organization! So, this is where your companies’ compensation plan is critical! Your compensation plan better reward this behavior and pay multiple levels down into your organization! When this happens you and your team have a vested interest in tap rooting your organization!

Quality #4: Be Available in Prime Time – Prime time ( 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.) is the golden hours for network marketers. This is the time when people are at home. They can be reached. This is the best time for follow up calls, business overviews and prospecting calls. If you are saying, ‘there is no way,’ well then, stick to the job because you’re stuck in the ‘employee mentality.’ You’re stuck thinking that work is done between 9 and 5 Monday through Friday. Entrepreneurs work all hours to find their success. Think about this: Do you think Warren Buffet, Bill Gates or Oprah built their empires Monday through Friday from 9 – 5. Duh, right? What makes us think a successful network marketing business can be built in those same hours?

5. Follow Winners, Not Losers! O.K., kind of obvious, right? Wrong. How many people do you know that when you ask how they are, they give you the rundown of all that is wrong in their life. Why do we continue to see these people regularly and ask them how they are doing? It’s an obvious fact to remove yourself from this person, but many don’t. They feel bad and try to be the person to cheer them up. For-get it! From this day on, erase them from your life! Surround yourself with people who are enjoying life, who are exciting to talk to, who share positive experiences, who are MILLIONAIRES! Mom was right! You are who you hang out with. If you hang with people who are broker then you, either be cool with staying broke, or find some new friends! Where you ask? Figure it out – a leader would!

#6. When You Feel Fear, Profess Faith – We feel fear everyday. As we do the activities, the fear gets less. If you are still feeling fear, realize that it is simply, ‘False Evidence Appearing Real.’ Fear is simply our subconscious manifesting emotional barriers that give you unrealistic feedback. When this feeling creeps up, have faith in yourself, have faith in your abilities, have faith in your skills!

#7 – Sew the Dream – Building a culture of dreamers on your team is a golden nugget! Keep sewing the dream of your team members so they stay engaged and encouraged. This business can be a roller coaster and on the downhills, we will need our dreams to pull us through. Sometimes someone has to remind us. They can be easily forgotten during times of frustration! When you help others sew their dreams, what happens? You guessed it, your dream is sewn as well! That is the beauty of this great profession! I love it!!
